Formivo · Accessibility

A clearer experience for more people.

Formivo aims to make our online experience easier to understand, navigate and use. Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we review content, structure and interaction across our store.

Accessibility is part of good design.

A useful digital store should communicate clearly and work across different devices, input methods and browsing preferences. We aim to reduce unnecessary barriers and continue improving the experience as our store evolves.

What we consider

Practical accessibility principles.

We consider accessibility through the basic building blocks of the store: readable content, clear navigation, meaningful structure and interactions that do not rely on unnecessary complexity.

01

Clear visual hierarchy

Headings, body copy, labels and actions are organized to make pages easier to scan and understand.

02

Readable contrast

We favor clear dark text on light surfaces and avoid low-contrast combinations that can make important information harder to read.

03

Useful content structure

We use meaningful page structure, headings and descriptive content so information can be understood in a logical sequence.

04

Respect for user preferences

Where possible, motion and visual effects are kept restrained and designed to respect reduced-motion preferences.

Our ongoing approach

Review, improve and keep listening.

Accessibility is not a single design decision. As products, pages and store features change, new issues can appear. We aim to review the experience over time and make practical improvements when problems are identified.

This includes looking at page structure, navigation, text clarity, button visibility, image descriptions, keyboard access and the way information behaves across desktop and mobile devices.

Please note: third-party services or platform features may behave differently from Formivo-designed content. If something prevents you from using the store, contact us and describe the issue so we can review it.

How we think about usability

Small details can remove unnecessary friction.

01
Use direct language

Product information, navigation and support content should be understandable without unnecessary wording or hidden meaning.

02
Keep actions identifiable

Buttons and links should look interactive, use clear labels and remain readable against their surrounding background.

03
Support structured navigation

Pages should follow a meaningful heading order and place information in a predictable reading sequence.

04
Consider keyboard interaction

Interactive elements should remain understandable and usable without requiring precise pointer movement whenever the underlying store experience supports it.

05
Design across screen sizes

Content should remain readable and usable as layouts move from large desktop displays to smaller mobile screens.

Designed for everyday use

Clear spaces. Clear information.

Formivo applies the same preference for simplicity to physical workspaces and digital experiences: fewer distractions, clearer organization and practical choices that make everyday use easier.

Accessibility questions

Need assistance using our store?

What should I do if I cannot access part of the website?

Contact Formivo and describe the page, feature or information you were trying to use. Providing details about the issue can help us understand the barrier and review possible ways to assist.

Can I ask for product information in another format?

If information on a product page is difficult for you to access, contact us and tell us what information you need. We will review the request and provide available information in a practical format when possible.

Does Formivo use motion or animated effects?

Visual movement is kept restrained. Where our custom page design includes animation or transition effects, we aim to respect reduced-motion preferences and preserve the full content experience without relying on animation.

Does this statement mean every third-party feature is fully accessible?

No. Some store functions may depend on platform or third-party services that Formivo does not fully control. We still want to know when those services create a barrier so we can review available options.

How can I report an accessibility issue?

Use the Formivo contact page and include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do and any detail that may help us understand the problem.

If something is difficult to use, tell us.

Feedback helps us identify barriers that may not be obvious during routine store updates. Contact Formivo with the page, feature or information involved and we will review the issue.
